[Neiman Machinery] was very courteous and helpful [and] knew exactly what part I required and shipped the part out as requested.

Not only was your staff courteous but also most efficient in the handling of our needs in the quick diagnosis of the problem but also the time frame in which we received the replacement parts (the next day).

[A] few times the need came for service in [the] last 8 months and [the] associates react in a very timely fashion to get the machine back in operation with [the] lowest possible down time.

Kurt (Neiman Machinery) is very much helpful, it was nice dealing with him. I will certainly offer him my business when needed.
